Nate's first real doctor's appointment today at Kaiser went fabulously well. He is growing like a weed, weighing in at 9lbs, 3ozs! And he is officially 21 inches long, for those who have been asking. Everything else looks good too - he got an A+ from his pediatrician Dr. Lauren Shawn, who also took care of him in the hospital at UCSF. Parker also managed to get Nate out of the house and to the doctor's office all by herself (since Ed is now back at work fulltime), which was a big confidence booster and will lead to more frequent outings with the little guy. All good news!
