Hot weather in CA

The last few weeks have been strange weather here in Oakland, with a couple of big heat waves and the smoke from hundreds of fires around the state making the air quality kind of crappy. We've tried to stay cool by visiting local lakes, getting outside and drinking lots of water! When you see the photos of Nate playing with sand and/or water, you have to imagine his trademark 'concentrating' noise, which sounds something like "urrrrrrrrrr"...
